Peter Andre takes the kids to Chessington as he films his reality TV series?

[Images: Mr Paparazzi/Big Pictures Words: Laura Perks]

So while Katie Price was at Alton Towers over the weekend, coincidentally Peter Andre was enjoying a family day out at Chessington World of Adventures at the same time with Princess, Junior and Harvey.

Apparently the outing will be shown on Andre's ITV2 reality show Peter Andre: The Next Chapter sometime very soon, which we?re sure his ex-wife, Katie Price, will have something to say about?

Looks like Chantelle Houghton & Rav Wilding are still going strong?

[Images: Mr Paparazzi/Big Pictures Words: Candi Kays]

We must admit we were a little bit dubious when Chantelle Houghton and Rav Wilding started dating last year, at we may or may not have suggested they were simply doing it for publicity.

Okay, we totally did suggest that, but a few months on and it?s starting to look like we were wrong as they?re still going strong - hey, that rhymes!

So anyway, Chantelle and Rav looked extremely loved up when they attended the News of the World Children's Champions Awards at the Grosvenor Hotel in London last night and we don?t usually say this (because it?s the sort of thing our grandma would say) but what a handsome looking couple eh!

Nah, we?re sure it is and therefore that makes us feel okay for liking it. We spotted Kylie in this (dare we say glamorous?) creation as she left her hotel in Glasgow earlier today ahead of her tour gig in the city this evening.

Hi Lindsay Lohan, care to explain yourself?

[Images: X17 Online Words: Staff Writer]

On Saturday Lindsay Lohan?s ex-girlfriend was pictured sitting on a sidewalk chatting to a mystery brunette who turned out to be 34-year-old yoga instructor Tiffany Russo.

Once Sam had finished her cigarette the pair climbed into Tiffany?s car and proceeded to snog each other?s faces off. Nice.

Now we don?t know about you, but we were a little bit surprised when we saw the pictures because the last we heard Sam and Lindsay were back on. No?

And then, just in case we weren?t already confused enough, we spotted Lindsay leaving Sam?s apartment at 4am on Sunday morning clutching a teddy bear with a tacky ?I love you? heart stitched on it?s front - What?s that about?

Sam was quick to jump on Twitter and said, ?I love when the Internet makes me a super hero - I was home at the same time I was at dinner. Pix of me leaving dinner last night win. PROOF.?

We think what she?s trying to say is she wasn?t even home when Lindsay was pictured leaving her house, but doesn?t Lindsay live in the flat opposite anyway? Yes, she does.

So maybe, just maybe she was leaving her own flat at 4am clutching a teddy knowing full well she?d get pictured and Sam would see it. We can?t think of any other logical explanation, can you? No? Good. Moving swiftly on?

Daniel Radcliffe Feels 'Very Good' About 'How To Succeed' Premiere

'Coming in and doing a two-and-a-half-hour show every evening will seem like a holiday after the last couple months,' he tells MTV News.
By Eric Ditzian, with reporting by Josh Horowitz

"How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" star Daniel Radcliffe will perform the same routine eight times a week on Broadway for the rest of the year and into 2012, but the actor will happily take that relative monotony instead of the exhaustive rehearsals he's endured for the last several months.

"It feels very good to have opened — it really does," he told MTV News following the musical's premiere Sunday. "We've had a long-ish preview period — I can't say long anymore because of 'Spider-Man' — but it feels great to be here and know the show is set now and we don't have to rehearse during the day and we get to chill out. Honestly, coming in and doing a two-and-a-half-hour show every evening will seem like a holiday after the last couple months."

The work has clearly paid off, as reviews for his performance have been largely positive. "Daniel Radcliffe is so adorable in his Broadway musical debut, you just want to pinch his cheeks," wrote the New York Post. "It's not just his youth — the 'Harry Potter' star is 21 — but the endearing amount of dedication and enthusiasm he pours into steering the [play]."

That's got to feel good for a guy who's gone on record that he has no particular talent for singing and dancing. But Radcliffe put in the work, and now he's looking forward to a bit more time to himself. Not that he's got ambitious plans for his downtime.

When MTV News asked if he'll have a chance to enjoy New York City, he said, "I will be able to now because the day-to-day rehearsal will have stopped. I'm just kind of relaxing and reading and chilling out. You know this; I don't do anything interesting!"

Will you check out Radcliffe on Broadway? Let us know in the comments!

'Diary Of A Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules' Knocks Out 'Sucker Punch' At Box Office

While the kids-friendly sequel ruled the weekend, "Just Go With It" became the 12th Adam Sandler movie to gross more than $100 million.

In the weekend battle of the flashy, hyper-stylized action flick versus the kid-movie-franchise sequel, it turned out that Rodrick did, in fact, rule. "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules" bested "Sucker Punch" at the box office to become the #1 movie in the United States with a $22.4 million debut.

Based on the second installment of the kid-friendly book series, "Wimpy Kid" bested the debut of its predecessor, which took in $21.8 million when it was released around this same time last year. All figures are according to studio estimates.

The $19 million opening of "Sucker Punch," meanwhile, was less than the debuts of director Zack Snyder's previous movies "300," "Watchmen" or "Dawn of the Dead." While the latter three films were based on preexisting sources, "Sucker Punch," a loud music-driven action fantasy about a group of girls in a mental institution who lead dream-world lives as action heroines, was Snyder's first wholly original concept. A mere 22 percent of critics reviewed it positively, according to Rotten Tomatoes.

News that the 45-year-old director has cast Amy Adams as Lois Lane in his forthcoming superhero reboot "Superman: Man of Steel" overshadowed talk of "Sucker Punch" across Twitter and film blogs on Sunday.

Last week's #1 movie, "Limitless," brought in another $15.2 million, for a domestic total of $41.3 million. With an estimated production budget of $27 million, the movie's numbers are great news for Bradley Cooper, who chose the flick as his first real starring vehicle since finding fame.

The modest success of "The Lincoln Lawyer" is great news of a different kind for Matthew McConaughey. It's his best-reviewed film in years. Telling the story of a conflicted lawyer working cases from his car, the movie has reminded critics that the sometimes-ridiculed leading man does have real talent. "The Lincoln Lawyer" brought in $11 million to land at #4, with a $29 million total.

Johnny Depp's animated "Rango" was one of two movies to cross the $100 million mark over the weekend. The movie landed in fifth place with a $9.8 million take, for a $106.4 million total. Meanwhile, "Just Go With It" became the 12th Adam Sandler movie to gross more than $100 million domestically. Although the romantic comedy is no longer in the top 10 at the box office, it has earned a total of $100.3 million.

Sci-fi action flick "Battle: Los Angeles" was #6 with $7.6 million, for a $72.6 million total. The loving sci-fi homage "Paul" dropped roughly 45 percent in its second weekend of release, earning $7.5 million to land at #7 while upping its total earnings to $24.6 million. The Nick Frost/ Simon Pegg comedy cost about $40 million to make. "Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke's "Red Riding Hood" was #8 with $4.3 million, for a $32.5 million total. Matt Damon's "The Adjustment Bureau" was #9 with $4.2 million, for a $54.9 million total.

International tickets, after-market sales and a built-in diehard fanbase will probably save "Paul" from being remembered as a failure, but the weekend's #10 movie, which shares an alien theme, likely won't escape that fate. The animated "Mars Needs Moms" made $2.2 million, bringing its total take to $19.2 million against an estimated $150 million production budget.

Next weekend's new releases include "Moon" director Duncan Jones' "Source Code," starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monaghan and Vera Farmiga; the Easter-themed kid's movie "Hop," featuring the voice of Russell Brand; the haunted-house flick "Insidious"; and the action/comedy "Super," with Rainn Wilson, Ellen Page, Liv Tyler and Kevin Bacon.

Check out everything we've got on "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules," "Sucker Punch" and "Limitless."

The power of the Golden Popcorn is once again yours! Starting today, we're asking you to cast your votes and select the nominees for the 2011 MTV Movie Awards in 13 categories ranging from the familiar (Best Movie, Best Kiss) to the brand-new (Best Line from a Movie).

Can "Eclipse" reprise the success of "Twilight" (seven nods) and "New Moon" (five nods) before it? Will Biggest Badass star go to Robert Downey Jr.'s sardonic, super-suited hero in "Iron Man 2," to Angelina Jolie for her acrobatic brawling in "Salt," or someone else entirely? Which star's unforgettable line — Liam Neeson's plea to release the Kraken? Justin Timberlake's insistence that only a billion dollars is truly cool? — will be the first to take home this award? For a third-straight year, it's up to you!

Here's how it'll work: Starting Tuesday (March 22) and running through April 5, you can log onto MovieAwards.MTV.com to nominate your favorite movies, stars and crazy cinematic moments. Once the final nominees are announced, head back to the site to vote for the winners from May 3 through June 4. Voting for Best Movie, however, will remain open throughout the live ceremony on June 5 — meaning you'll have a chance to affect the night's biggest prize until the very last minute.

"MTV's viewers are die-hard film buffs, and we love to see how they wield that dedication when voting for the MTV Movie Awards," said Stephen Friedman, general manager of MTV. "This year's show will once again reward movie buffs with previews of the year's most anticipated movies and one-of-a-kind moments that become pop-culture history."

The 20th Annual MTV Movie Awards will air live on Sunday, June 5, at 9 p.m. ET from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.

'Sucker Punch' Secrets Revealed!

MTV News spoke with filmmaker Zack Snyder and the cast about the making of the fantastical battle movie.
By Kara Warner

Emily Browning in "Sucker Punch"
Photo: Warner Bros.

At long last, Zack Snyder's mysterious, "Alice in Wonderland With Machine Guns" film "Sucker Punch" has arrived in theaters. MTV News has been on the case since its humble beginnings, bringing you all the news, videos, scoops and interviews ... in a nutshell, everything you need to know.

To celebrate the film's opening day, we present a few more fun facts about the film that we learned directly from the film's director/writer Zack Snyder and the cast.

1. Snyder's original plan for the movie was to build it around a big musical number.
"I had this idea that it'd be cool if we used the musical number for the spine of the movie or the spine of the action sequence," Snyder told MTV News. "And then getting in and out of it would be like, the music would start and that would draw us in. That would be the sort of mechanism for the fantasy to begin, and when the music ended, that would be the mechanism for it ending. And that was sort of how it started."

2. Inspiration for the look of the film came from the adult fantasy magazine Heavy Metal.
"I still read it, actually," Snyder said. "It's got little short stories in it and they're illustrated. And so it's like a comic strip that has more sex and violence than you would get from a normal comic book," Snyder said, adding that he started reading the magazine in his youth. "I think it influenced this movie in a pretty big way."

3. For the high-action "train sequence," Snyder used hundreds of shots to look like one, which took seven days to shoot.
"[The train sequence] is a sequence that's broken up into maybe 120 shots that look like one shot," Snyder explained. "So you just kind of have to know where the cameras are going and knowing where it came from, and put these little camera moves in and all these shifts that have to happen. ... You shoot one angle and then you shoot the other angle and then it's going to be stitched with the CG section. So you have to know what you're capable of," he said. "How far you can push the CG stitch so it doesn't break the shot. There's a whole bunch of things like that."

4. Everyone in the cast is wearing a ton of makeup.
Even for Oscar Isaac, who plays creepy institution overlord Blue Jones and has the privilege of being one of the only men in the cast, the makeup process was extensive.

"I remember they would spray-tan me and then put an extra coat of shine on it," he recalled. "Then blush and then tons of eyeliner. My hair was basically glued tight to my head."

But compared to what the ladies endured, Isaac's process wasn't that bad. Carla Gugino told us the filmmakers wanted the makeup to make a statement, and that she spent at least two hours in the makeup chair every morning.

"We definitely had so much fun," Gugino said. "Rosalina [Da Silva] designed the look of the film makeup-wise. And we did 'Watchmen' together as well," she explained. "She's amazing. But there was a point when she said, 'Carla, guess how many sets of lashes you have on your eyes?' and I was like, 'Including my real ones?' and she was like, 'Yes.' And we realized that it was four."

5. Snyder had to cut back on the violence in the movie, particularly a few scenes that involve implied or attempted rape.
"Those [scenes] of course got trimmed away," he said. "It's really delicate because even that subject matter, you have the harder version that is sometimes better because it actually makes the point a little bit more directly. The PG-13 version was difficult for me," he revealed. "I would say that the very things that they didn't like were the very things that you needed to see in order for you to understand the content of the scene. You know, to know how to feel about it, because otherwise you're sort of left in this weird middle ground," he said. "So it's difficult. It's tricky."

Snyder went on to explain why the sexual violence and lobotomy images were necessary to include in the film, juxtaposed with the idea of women not being victims and being able to defend themselves.

"For me it was all about having incredible threat in that world. Like, what is the most dangerous thing? What is the worst possible thing, and to me being lobotomized and then raped is probably the worst possible thing," he explained. "I like the idea that the verdict or the ... like if someone were to make a sacrifice, and you have two alternatives and one is just go back to jail. OK. You know, I get that. And one is you know, be lobotomized and then possibly raped for the rest of your zombified life. You know, you really need to think about that. You're giving up a lot, I guess, is my point."

'Sucker Punch' Stars Take A Journey 'Into Zack Snyder's Mind'

Vanessa Hudgens, Jena Malone, Emily Browning, Jamie Chung and Abbie Cornish reveal their favorite scenes.
By Kara Warner

After months and months of buzz, rumors and hype, Zack Snyder's "Sucker Punch" is finally about to drop in theaters. MTV News has been on this film's case from day one and recently had the opportunity to catch up with the cast and director for a few in-depth chats.

First up, the lovely leading ladies addressed the film's most outrageous moments.

"I think, for me, when we're on the B-25 bomber plane and we're being chased by a dragon and I'm shooting at it," said Vanessa Hudgens, who plays Blondie. "It's pretty intense."

"I got to do this really fun green-screen moment where I was being lowered upside down on a harness 40 feet in the air," Jena Malone, a.k.a. Rocket in the film, explained. "I had to clear out my mag on my UMP [Universal Machine Pistol] while I was shooting all these robots that I was doing a double-flip over in the middle of a bullet train."

Jamie Chung, who plays Amber, added that part of the fun of working with green screen, particularly a scene in Mecca, was being able to use your imagination. When asked what she pulled from or where she went to prepare for those moments, Chung said she looked to her director.

"Into Zack Snyder's mind," she said. "That was the place that I went."

Emily Browning (Baby Doll) and Abbie Cornish (Sweet Pea) also touted the fight or "dance" sequences as the most unbelievable.

"My favorite thing to watch with my character is probably the first fight scene in Samurai world," Browning said. "People have said to me, 'Oh, so were you just standing there and there was a green screen and they made you look like you were jumping?' I said, 'No, I was on wires the whole time' jumping up and doing crazy things. We did almost a month of wirework at the end of the film. That's pretty cool to see. It's almost like a character in a video game or something."

"I definitely do love a lot of the fighting stuff," Cornish said. "For me the process of filming 'World War I' [an action sequence in the film] was incredible, because we all had solo action pieces so we got to indulge in those action pieces."

Cornish pointed out Snyder's use of high-speed cameras that were used to slow certain movements and make them stand out more onscreen.

"I love the moments where you see Vanessa's character flip her tomahawk and then that awesome throw that she does," she said. "And when Jenna flips her gun in slow motion, I love that stuff."

"That's probably the coolest moment," Browning agreed.

Emily Browning Talks Auditioning For 'Hunger Games'

'Sucker Punch' star also opens up about declining 'Twilight' audition.
By Terri Schwartz

The role might have recently gone to Jennifer Lawrence, but there was a point in time when "Sucker Punch" star Emily Browning might have played District 12 champion Katniss Everdeen in the upcoming Lionsgate adaptation of "The Hunger Games."

"I read for ['Hunger Games'] a couple of times, but I've never read the book, to be honest -- which I know is terrible of me," Browning said in an interview with the Playlist. "I was nervous about it."

Despite the fact Browning started out her acting career as one of the leads in an adaptation of a popular children's series, it was that experience that turned her off from moving on to starring in the young-adult genre. She admitted that there was a period of time between when she filmed 2004's "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events" and when she agreed to come onboard Friday's "Sucker Punch" that she seriously considered quitting acting altogether.

It was during that time that she found out "Twilight" author Stephenie Meyer said she would be the perfect Bella Swan for the upcoming adaptation of the novel, but Browning wasn't ready to commit to a franchise.

"I was just exhausted, and I was like, 'I'm sorry, but I just can't sign onto a trilogy right now,' " Browning told MTV News in 2009, after she finished "The Uninvited." "To be honest, if I had gone on to do the film straight after 'The Uninvited,' I would not have been a good Bella . and I'm hoping people realize that now."

But it was the fact that she was vilified for reportedly turning down the "Twilight" role that caused Browning to remain so hush-hush about trying out for "Hunger Games."

"It's always hard for me to talk about these kinds of things, because I know there was a big deal with 'Twilight' and my involvement with people wanting me to do 'Twilight,' so I'm always like, 'Oh, people love this book so much, I don't want to get involved, I don't want to talk about it!' " Browning explained. "I read for ['Hunger Games'] a couple of times, but I think every single girl in Hollywood read for it a couple of times, to be honest."

A Tribe Called Quest 'Encourage' Fans To See 'Beats, Rhymes & Life'

'It's a celebration not only of Tribe, but of the culture,' Q-Tip tells MTV News, despite his disapproval of some aspects of the documentary.
By Alvin Blanco, with reporting by Sway Calloway

A Tribe Called Quest's Q-Tip

Although A Tribe Called Quest felt some of the business behind Michael Rapaport's documentary on the group was Industry Rule #4080 (read: shady), they still want fans to go see the film. "Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest" is a window into not only the career of one of hip-hop's most influential acts, they said, but also the culture itself.

"I encourage everybody still to see this film," Q-Tip told MTV News. "Not only because it's about us, but it's really about the hip-hop movement, man. It really, really is, that's on everything. It's a celebration not only of Tribe, but of the culture. Of what goes into making records: the ups, the downs, the switching of the times. It's a beautiful story about hip-hop. He really did a great job, and I commend him for it, still. He really did an amazing job."

According to Q-Tip, he and Tribe just want to get the story totally correct.

"Again, this is just another warning shot ... a flare coming from the cannon so that they can get this thing right," Q-Tip said.

The MC also expressed the necessity for seminal rap artists and groups to tell their stories on their own terms. "Everybody out there in hip-hop who's crossed that threshold, who's done work, who has a history — whether it be Queen Latifah or Rakim or Wu-Tang or Jay-Z or Nas or Ice Cube or N.W.A — yo, tell y'all own stories," Q-Tip said, looking into the camera for emphasis. "Be in charge of your own stories, you hear me?"

The Queens MC then likened rappers to griots: West African storytellers who share their tales via oral tradition.

"We gotta pass our own stories on," Q-Tip continued. "This is part of our tradition as African-Americans predominantly. Let's tell our own stories. We can let everybody come in and participate with us in this, but don't fall for the Hollywood, nobody's ever done this before. We hip-hop, man. This is a hip-hop nation. We crack the mold, we break the rules. We define this culture that we in right now, this Western culture, the sh-- that's moving around the world, whether it be Tribe to Lil Wayne, Drake to Kanye, I don't care. This hip-hop sh-- is our sh--, and when we start moving in, control your stories, man. Tell your stories — that's what I learned from this."

Robert Pattinson's Not Suiting Up For 'Daredevil' ... Yet

The 'Water for Elephants' star said he fears fanboy backlash when it comes to superhero movies.
By Aly Semigran, with reporting by Josh Horowitz

Imagine Robert Pattinson in tights, fighting crime as an iconic character. While the heartthrob would undoubtedly have the Twihards lining up for days to see him play a superhero, he thinks there's one set of moviegoers who wouldn't be nearly as keen on the idea: fanboys!

During Friday's "MTV First: Robert Pattinson," a live, 30-minute chat with the "Water for Elephants" star, RPattz revealed he would, in fact, take on a superhero role if it were presented to him. "I'd love [to] definitely."

But the actor does have some reservations about taking on the genre, including which superhero he would play. "I don't know what superhero you'd do. Is there any left?" he asked.

Robert did, however, admit that there's one character he'd like to suit up for, but he gave pause when he realized what a stir he might cause by even mentioning it.

"I shouldn't even say this stuff, 'cause all the little fanboys will be like, 'No! I'm gonna shoot him!' " he joked.

So, while we may never know which character Robert is "such a big fan" of, we do know that he's not yet in contention for the role of Matt Murdock in "Eclipse" director David Slade's upcoming "Daredevil" reboot.

"I don't know where that one came from at all," Robert said of the rumors that he was lined up to play the comic book vigilante. But, that wasn't the only thing he found confusing about the future remake. When MTV News mentioned another "Daredevil" was in the works, Robert asked, "[That] Ben Affleck movie?"

He then pondered with a laugh about the 2003 flick, "That's weird, didn't that only come out about three years ago?"

The 24-year-old star did have some casting ideas of his own. "Get David Slade to play him," Robert said of his former "Eclipse" director. "Oh no, he should play, who's the bald guy? Bullseye!"

Which superhero would you like to see Robert Pattinson play?

Emily Browning Talks Auditioning For 'Hunger Games'

The role might have recently gone to Jennifer Lawrence, but there was a point in time when "Sucker Punch" star Emily Browning might have played District 12 champion Katniss Everdeen in the upcoming Lionsgate adaptation of "The Hunger Games."

'Sucker Punch' Cheat Sheet: Everything You Need To Know

Before you check out Zack Snyder's action-packed flick, learn how it came to be.
By Kara Warner

Way back in October 2008, amid the buzz surrounding Zack Snyder's big-screen adaptation of "Watchmen," news broke about plans for his next project, an original screenplay penned by Snyder and Steve Shibuya called "Sucker Punch," billed simply as "Alice in Wonderland with machine guns." For Snyder's devoted fanbase, that descriptor was enough to set minds speculating and Internets buzzing for well over two years.

Naturally, MTV News has been following the project from conception to opening day Friday (March 25). Here's everything you need to know about "Sucker Punch":

First, in addition to the "Alice in Wonderland with machine guns" tease, the initial logline announced that the plot revolved around "a young girl institutionalized by her wicked stepfather. Retreating to an alternative reality as a coping strategy, she envisions a plan which will help her escape from the facility."

In March 2009, an all-female cast was announced, with several of Hollywood's most in-demand ingénues attached. Not too long after that, Amanda Seyfried, Emma Stone and Evan Rachel Wood bowed out and Emily Browning, Jamie Chung and Jena Malone stepped in.

From then on, the principal cast was set, with just a few additions to come (including Carla Gugino and Jon Hamm), and the film production was on its way.

There wasn't much news to report until early 2010 when, amid the post-"Avatar" 3-D craze, Warner Bros. announced that "Sucker Punch" would be converted to 3-D, which excited star Vanessa Hudgens at the time, until a few months later, Snyder spoke out about his reservations on the subject. It seems Snyder's concerns were heard, because the studio changed its mind.

Cut to San Diego Comic-Con 2010, when Snyder dazzled fans with a teaser trailer (which later debuted online, with tons of intense analysis) during the film's panel. Shortly thereafter, the lovely leading ladies stopped by the MTV News shooting suite to discuss their intense training for the film.

After the Comic-Con chaos, fans had to wait a few months to see more teasers, in the form of a second trailer (which MTV Movies Blog named one of the year's best) that dropped in November 2010 and a collection of character posters.

MTV Movies Blog kicked off the New Year with a preview piece in which we named "Sucker Punch" one of the most anticipated films of the year, and shortly after that, the promotional machine kicked into high gear.

Throughout the film's opening month, March 2011, we received news of an online animated movie intended as an offshoot or short companion piece to the film, called "The Trenches." Also over on Movies Blog, we rolled out "patient files" on all the lead characters: Amber, Rocket, Sweet Pea and Blondie.

MTV News also reconnected with everyone to discuss the cast's thoughts on their character's most outrageous moments and Snyder's explanation about where the idea for the movie came from.

Finally, our coverage capped off at the film's big premiere in Hollywood on Wednesday, where we learned what "Sucker Punch" really means.

Check out everything we've got on "Sucker Punch."

Taylor Lautner, Justin Timberlake Vie For 'Best Line' MTV Movie Award Nods

'Eclipse,' 'Social Network' stars and more may snag nominations in the new category as voting begins today.
By Eric Ditzian

New MTV Movie Award categories come and go. Best Kiss has been around since the beginning ("My Girl" co-star Anna Chlumsky and Macaulay Culkin were the inaugural winners in 1992), while Sexiest Performance and Best Virtual Performance lasted just a year (congrats, Jessica Alba and Gollum!).

For the 2011 show, one new category joins the field: Best Line From a Movie. Folks like Justin Timberlake ("Social Network"), Taylor Lautner ("Eclipse") and Leonardo DiCaprio ("Inception") will compete to make the final list of nominees.

We should add, however, that we've seen something like this before. For two years at the turn of the millennium, we presented a category called Best Line. Robert De Niro won that first year for asking Ben Stiller in "Meet the Parents," "Are you a pothead, Focker?" The next year, "Legally Blonde" star Reese Witherspoon triumphed for delivering this line to Selma Blair: "Oh, I like your outfit too, except when I dress up as a frigid bitch, I try not to look so constipated."

While comedic movie lines won twice in the past, there's no telling what's going to happen this year. Potential nominees are both young ("Grown Ups" star Alexys Nycole Sanchez: "I want to get chocolate wasted!") and, well, not as young ("Tron: Legacy" star Jeff Bridges: "You're really ruining my Zen thing"). There are laugh lines ("With no power, comes no responsibility," Aaron Johnson said in "Kick Ass") and deadly serious ones ("If you guys were the inventors of Facebook, you'd have invented Facebook," Jesse Eisenberg declared in "The Social Network"). A few quotes are a little too dirty to print in full ("It's in the shape of a giant co--," cracks Chloë Moretz in "Kick Ass"). And then there are two "Eclipse" quotes facing off against each other: Lautner ("Let's face it, I'm hotter than you") versus Robert Pattinson ("Doesn't he own a shirt?").

Which lines will make the final list of nominees? It's up to you, and voting is already under way at MovieAwards.MTV.com. Polls for Best Line From a Movie and the rest of the categories will stay open through April 5. After the final nominees are announced, another round of voting will kick off on May 3 and run through June 4. But voting for Best Movie will remain open during the awards show itself.

The 20th annual MTV Movie Awards will air live on Sunday, June 5, at 9 p.m. ET from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.

Kerry Katona says that TV cameras are like therapy for her?

[Images: Mr Paparazzi/Big Pictures Words: Staff Writer]

We freeze up when someone shoves a camera in front of our face, but not Kerry Katona after years in the limelight she actually feels more comfortable in front the things than not.

In a new interview on This Morning today (where we spotted her) Kerry said that talking to the TV cameras for her reality show (which kicks off this coming Wednesday) has been ?like therapy for her?. She said:

'The cameras to me are like therapy. I wear me heart on my sleeve and if I say something, I say it as I feel it. Being able to talk to the camera without having an opinion back is quite nice. I do watch the show back and it?s nice to see where I?ve come from.

?My life is so well documented in the newspapers and some of it isn?t always true and by doing my own TV show I am able to respond back. When the cameras aren?t there I feel a bit lost.?

Despite this though Kerry said she?d give up her fame tomorrow if she could:

?I?d give it all up tomorrow to be a two up two down, kids come home from school, tea on the table, husband home from work but that?s not going to happen is it.?

'The Hobbit' Begins Filming

Following years of delays and numerous changes, Peter Jackson's production is finally under way.
By Terri Schwartz

Photo: Kevin Winter/ Getty Images

It's been a long, long time coming, but after spending more than 14 years gestating, Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit" movie finally started filming on Monday (March 21).

Production is taking place at Stone Street Studios in New Zealand, the same studio where Jackson shot his three "Lord of the Rings" films. Shooting is expected to take around two years to complete, with the anticipated release date of the tentatively titled "There and Back Again" December 19, 2012 and "The Hobbit: An/The Unexpected Journey" sometime in December 2013.

It wasn't until last month that the cast of "The Hobbit" were brought together for the first time, during a press conference in New Zealand. Since then, castmember Ian McKellan has been keeping fans up-to-date on the pre-production process via his blog. Earlier this month, he announced that he had seen Martin Freeman dressed in character as leading man Bilbo Baggins and caught a glimpse of the footage in 3-D.

Production on "The Hobbit" has been rife with its share of problems since Jackson first presented the idea to adapt it back in 1997. From 2005-2007, Jackson and New Line Cinemas were involved in a legal battle that eventually relegated Jackson to executive producer while another director would helm the films. Then director Guillermo del Toro agreed to come onboard to helm the films in 2008, but in May 2010, he said that he couldn't continue his time commitment to the films. And even after Jackson was again confirmed as director on October 15, 2010, there were union disputes in New Zealand that almost forced "The Hobbit" to relocate to a different filming area.

Fortunately everything has been resolved since then. Jackson is directing the flicks, Freeman is starring as Bilbo and "Lord of the Rings" actors McKellan, Andy Serkis, Elijah Wood, Cate Blanchett and Orlando Bloom will be returning for the new films. The movies will be shot in digital 3-D, and Howard Shore, who composed the score for the three "Lord of the Rings" films, will be working on these as well.

"We're all very optimistic about it," Freeman said during the New Zealand press conference according to the BBC. "We're ready to go — just as soon as 2015 comes around."

Lucky for us, the filming start date was a bit sooner than that.
