Christmas is readily approaching (it is, don?t deny it. Its ok we know, its hard to swallow� - we?ll be here for you) and that means every celebrity under the sun will release their book/autobiography in the next three months.
That?s where Jessie J comes into this tale; her autobiography �-called ?Nice To Meet You?� - is being released this week and that can only mean one thing; she?s got lots of promoting to do which of course involves turning up to places looking amazing.
She started her day at Capital FM in what looked like a pair of pyjamas. Fortunately she ditched that jumpsuit later in the day in favour of some jeans, a metallic bronze jacket, a t-shirt and also (we don?t know if we?re imagining this) slightly redder hair. It is redder right?
The singer has been undergoing a radical style makeover in the last few months after deciding her old garb made her look like a ?cartoon character? (her words, not ours). So, she parted ways with her old stylist and now employs Reggie Yates? highly qualified brother to dress her.
And, aside from this morning?s dodgy jumpsuit, we much prefer her look now.

Comedian Justin Lee Collins has appeared in court this week accused of subjecting his ex-girlfriend to a nine month long campaign of domestic abuse.
38-year-old Anne Larke, who Collins had a relationship with after leaving his ex-wife (who he has two children with) claims thatduring their time together he repeatedly beat her, ordered her to write down details of all her previous sexual encounters, forced her to only sleep facing him, threw away her collection of DVDs if she was attracted to one of the film?s stars, once pushed her in front of a car and was even abusive to her cat.
Larke?s lawyer gave an alleged example in court yesterday of the kind of treatment she suffered at the hands of Collins, saying:
?Mr Collins resorted to compiling a dossier in the form of a Pukka Pad notebook. The purpose of this notebook was to list every sexual experience with every one of Miss Larke?s previous lovers or partners.
?He would ask her questions and she would write it down. She felt it was disgusting. But he told her it would help the relationship and help him deal with her past.
?When Mr Collins was satisfied that Miss Larke had provided a sufficient amount of information he signified his satisfaction by writing the word ?Done?.
?The defendant would refer to entries in the pad about particular sexual activities she had engaged in and then question why she had not done such things with him.?
?Mr Collins would often verbally abuse her. He once told her she was riddled with STDs.?
During a statement to the police Larke said:
?He is a nasty bastard. A nasty horrible man. I still miss him and don?t know how he got under my skin.?
?Everything I did or said was wrong. He is a very depressed man, a very angry man.?
The case ? which is being heard at St Albans Crown Court ? continues today.
Justin Lee Collins has denied the single charge of harassment by causing fear of violence.

Over the weekend, lead singer of Green Day Billie Joe Armstrong who usually is oh so cool, lost his cool to the max and smashed up his guitar while on stage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas.
Now it seems there was a bit more behind it than him just being peed off because he has entered rehab.
During the performance Billie suddenly stops performing mid-song after being told they only had one minute left on stage.
He then got a little peed off and started swearing a fair bit and smashed up his guitar.
He said: 'You're going to give me one minute? One f***ing minute? I've been around since f***ing ninteen eighty f***ing eight and you're going to give me one f***ing minute?
'I'm not f***ing Justin Bieber, you motherf***ers.' (Is it wrong we find that amausing?).
Anyway now a rep has released the following statement on the issue: "Billie Joe is seeking treatment for substance abuse,
"We would like everyone to know that our set was not cut short by Clear Channel and to apologise to those we offended at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas.
"We regretfully must postpone some of our upcoming promotional appearances."

Each awards show presents a fresh opportunity for an actor ? the chance to practice their surprised face, the chance to collect something gold and shiny, the chance to pretend not to look disappointed and, most importantly, the chance to make spectacularly bad style choices.
Fortunately, or unfortunately (depending on the way you look at it) there weren?t any major style no nos on the red carpet at last night?s Emmy Awards.
The majority of celebrities played it safe in fairly unadventurous frocks including the likes of Heidi Klum, Hayden Panettiere, Giniffer Goodwin and Kat Dennings. Some stars even managed to dazzle, particularly Mad Men ladies January Jones and Jessica Pare.
But that?s not to say there weren?t any ugly outfits on show at the ceremony, just none especially disastrous. Ashley Judd?s look was just ill considered, as was Julianne Moore?s and the less we say about Sofia Vergara?s frock the better.

When we first heard there was a Kanye West sex tape in existence featuring a Kim Kardashian lookalike, we thought: ?as if?.
More fool us because according to reports the tape is real and is currently being shopped around the highest bidders in the US and Kanye is, unsurprisingly, ?terrified? as a result.
A screen grab from the saucy video - showing a bare chested Kanye about to indulge in a steamy romp - has already been released and its expected the full length video will follow shortly.
The 20 minute long film starts off with the curvaceous Kim-a-like telling the camera that she?s over 18 and is fully consenting, she then adds:
'My husband and I don't have sex anymore... that's why I'm here!'
She sounds like a classy one. Apparently there?s no kissing in the video just lots of romping in various positions, before Kanye then gets up and switches off the device recording them.
It?s said the footage was recorded just before he and Kim got together and he?s ?in tears? at the thought of it getting out. A source has told an American website:
'He doesn't want this tape out and will do anything to make sure it stays private. If this were to hit the market it would be worth a fortune? there would definitely be a lot of people wanting to see this!
'Kanye was practically in tears when he heard the tape was being shopped.'
We?re not sure what Kanye is doing to make sure the video never surfaces but we expect it involves legal action on a Kate Middleton scale.
Meanwhile the outspoken rapper has not said a ruddy thing about it on Twitter so far.

As we were saying shortly after the birth of Robbie Williams baby girl just the other day, we knew it wouldn?t be long before the singer Tweeted a snap of his little one ? and we were right.
We didn?t know however that the picture would be quite so adorable (and also mildly erotic) as this.
In the photograph Robbie cradles his two day old daughter Theodora Rose (who they?ve nicknamed Teddy) on his bare chest, he writes underneath:
