Cast your mind back to last August; do you remember something about Paris Hilton getting arrested in Las Vegas? You do? Oh splendid, now we can cut right to the chase instead of going over old ground.
So Paris was arrested on suspicion of cocaine possession and subsequently sentenced to 200 hours community service and given a $2000 fine, but if you thought that was the end of the matter you were wrong.
It turns out that while Paris appears to have gotten off scot-free (well almost), her boyfriend is facing a felony charge of being under the influence of a controlled substance, a misdemeanour driving under the influence and finally possession of marijuana.
If found guilty Cy - who is scheduled to appear in court on 17th February ? could be facing a four-year prison sentence.
